Calm & Clarity Package (5 Sessions)— £350

Over five sessions, we work together to help you:

  • Begin releasing patterns that hold you back from feeling grounded


This package provides focus, momentum, and consistency, while remaining flexible to your needs, helping you experience calm, clarity, and renewed confidence step by step.

The Breakthrough Healing Package (10 Sessions) — £700

A comprehensive package for adults facing persistent anxiety, complex emotional challenges, or layered life changes.

Across 10 sessions, you’ll:

  • Build lasting resilience, confidence, and self-trust
  • Gain guidance to move forward with clarity, strength, and self-compassion


This package is for clients ready to dive deeper, create transformation, and feel supported every step of the way.




Wellness Maintenance Package (3 Sessions) — £210

Therapy isn’t just about healing the past — it’s about sustaining growth and maintaining wellbeing.

This package supports clients who:

  • Have already completed therapy and want gentle check-ins
  • Need support to refresh, realign, and maintain momentum
  • Are navigating ongoing stress, anxiety, or life transitions

Sometimes a standard session isn’t enough. The Deep Dive Therapy Session offers 90 minutes of personalised online counselling, giving you space to explore challenges more deeply and at your own pace.

During this session, you’ll:


  • Process complex anxiety, stress, grief, or life changes
  • Uncover and understand patterns that affect your confidence, relationships, or wellbeing
  • Practice grounding and self-regulation techniques to feel calmer, more settled, and in control
